Where does Wilders' growth and radicalization end?

Where does Wilders' growth and radicalization end?

Geert Wilders has quickly regained his position in Dutch politics. Media nowadays portray him as a socially committed figure, although a few years ago he called for the ethnic cleansing of Moroccans. His party is steeped in anti-Semitism, racism and transphobia. Despite being an embodiment of the status quo, Wilders successfully presents himself as an outsider. This session examines effective strategies to counter the rise and radicalization of Wilders and strengthens the discussion around progressive alternatives.

This meeting will be in Dutch, with translation to English upon request.

Speaker: Daniel van Harmelen, Internationale Socialisten
