Student activists have been central in the Palestine solidarity movement in the Netherlands, highlighting the connections between Dutch universities and the Israeli state. Despite universities presenting themselves as progressive institutions, the studentuprising is being heavily supressed using violent and repressive measures. This panel will unite student and staff voices to tackle how best to effect change within academic institutions. The discussion will focus on promoting an academic boycott and challenging university policies that stifle debate and activism related to Palestine, aiming to forge a clearer path forward in the struggle for justice.
This meeting will take place in English, translation to Dutch is possible upon request.
